Return & Refund Policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through VestoMoto.
1. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by email at:
support@vestomoto.com
Your message must include:
- Order number
- Full name
- Email address used for the order
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Clear photos of the product, packaging, labels, accessories and product condition
Once your return is accepted, the products must be returned within 3 days.
Returns sent without prior contact may be delayed because we may be unable to identify the order.
2. Return Conditions
Returned products must be handled carefully and returned in the best possible condition.
To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be:
- Unused
- Uninstalled
- Undamaged
- Complete
- Clean
- Returned with all original accessories, manuals, labels, tags, mounting hardware and packaging
- Returned in its original product box and shipping protection where possible
Products must not show signs of use, installation, riding, mounting, heat exposure, scratches, odours, damage, missing parts or missing packaging.
For motorcycle exhausts, the product must not have been installed, mounted, test-fitted in a way that causes marks, started, heated, used or damaged.
For helmets, the helmet must only be handled as reasonably necessary to inspect the size and model. Helmets showing scratches, visor marks, removed labels, odours, stains, damaged lining, damaged packaging or signs of wear use may be refused.
3. Non-Returnable Products
The following products cannot be returned:
- Products made to order
- Clearly personalised products
- Custom-configured products
- Special items produced according to customer specifications
- Gift cards
- Digital products
- Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons once unsealed, where applicable by law
- Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling, installation or use
4. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using tracked and insured shipping.
You are responsible for the product until it reaches us. We are not responsible for lost, delayed or damaged return shipments.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
For a full order return, we will refund the product price and the standard outbound delivery cost, where required by law. Extra delivery services, express shipping upgrades or premium delivery options are not refunded beyond the standard delivery amount.
Refunds may be withheld until we have received the returned product.
6. Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the shipping label
Do not install or use a faulty, damaged or incorrect product. Installation or use may make it harder to determine whether the issue existed at delivery.
If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a repair, replacement, refund or other solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.
