VestoMoto ships to selected EU countries, including the Netherlands, Belgium, France, and Germany. If your country is not available during checkout, we may not currently ship to your location.
Processing time:
Estimated processing time is 1 Business day, starting after payment has been received.
Delivery time:
Estimated delivery time can be calculated on our shipping page, and depends on product availability, destination, and carrier service.
Shipping costs:
Shipping costs are shown before you place your order. The final total at checkout includes the product price, applicable taxes, and shipping costs.
Tracking:
When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email after your order has been shipped.
Delays:
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to product availability, carrier delays, supplier delays, destination country, payment confirmation, or circumstances outside our control.
Incorrect delivery details:
The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details, additional shipping costs may apply.
Damaged or missing delivery:
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us as soon as possible at support@vestomoto.com with your order number, photos of the packaging, and photos of the product.
Order confirmation:
Your order is confirmed for processing only after payment has been received.
