By accessing or using VestoMoto (the "Site") and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. By using the Site you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

• All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
• Prices are listed in the displayed currency and may change without notice.
• Despite our best efforts, products may occasionally be mispriced. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in such cases.
• A confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order — only shipment does.
• Applicable taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless stated otherwise.

We ship worldwide via tracked carriers. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. For full details on rates and timeframes, see our Shipping & Delivery page.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Custom or installed parts are not eligible for return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. See our Returns page for full details.

Motorcycle parts and accessories sold through the Site are intended for use by qualified riders and mechanics. You are responsible for proper installation, maintenance, and use in compliance with local laws.

• Some performance parts may not be street-legal in your jurisdiction.
• Always wear appropriate protective gear when riding.
• Improper installation or use may void warranties and cause serious injury.
• VestoMoto is not liable for damages resulting from misuse or improper installation.

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Except as expressly stated, the Site and all products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VestoMoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Site or any product purchased. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

All content on the Site — including logos, text, images, graphics, and software — is the property of VestoMoto or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, servers, or networks.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data without permission.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which VestoMoto is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated by email or a prominent notice on the Site. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
